Ranjeet Ranade
Ranjeet Ranade, the founder of ETC Partners, brings over twenty five years of international industry experience in financial services, organizational leadership, and project management. He also brings academic rigor in engineering (BITS Pilani and IIT Bombay) as well as in Finance & Economics (New York University). Ranjeet also has a significant experience in teaching and training. He has been a visiting faculty at Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore where he taught Algorithms & Data Structures and Game Theory. He is involved in creating and delivering (through www.tree-society.org) a light-weight business management program targeted at rural business enterprises. Food is his passion and he runs a chain of successful cafes (www.cafe-terra.com) along with two friends and partners.

Vivek Subramaniam
Vivek focuses on enabling organizations drive the right balance between people practices and business outcomes. Vivek’s experience comes from a diverse set of hats he has donned during his career. Starting off as a globe-trotting marine engineer, to working on building and developing software products, and eventually globally heading the people practice of a healthcare IT solutions firm.
